Overhauled all the css styles.
Got basic registration working - need to clean up the registration stuff a lot.
Some improvements to tab styling.
Fixed up broken cookie retrieval issue.
Fixed up a couple of layout & tab issues and added new tab, button and input styles.
Fixed up the problem with choosing random kanji_ids if all the vocab answers are correct.
